+	It was in a fantastic location, really close to resturants and bars. Staff were really helpful in directing us to where we wanted to go. They spoke really good english which helped alot.
-	Location of our room...Right next to a busy street. You heard everyone walk past, car alarms and garbage trucks early in the morning.

-	location - seemed a shady neighbourhood. reeked of cigarette smoke constantly despite being in a non smoking room "decorated in the style of the 1920s" should have read "decorated in the 1920s and not updated since!!"

+	Staff, cost and location. All members of the staff were most helpful and friendly. Got an excellent breakfast and overall the hotel gave very good value for money
-	Their wifi was terrible and I needed it. At times it was non existant and that caused some major problems for me. It was advertised as having wifi but it was not of a quality any reasonable person might expect.

+	it s special and remember many of the personailies because we are 75 years old. For me it is on a center an like my wife is very hill we can walk a little bit, alzheimer, incontinent and diabetic.
-	the breakfast but it is to late I stay always one night on way to Bulgaria or to brussels. The eggs shere their at 8 o'clock and for belgium I have 1500Km. I will start at 8 and not at 9 That is the only thingbecause every body is very kind.

+	Very good service at the front desk, very helpful and always smiling. Breakfast was absolutely satisfactory, with fresh eggs for the late arrivals also.
-	Not anything really, but a little curious about the adverts in tourist guides make an impression that there were musical arrangements there ( like jazz ) but we saw nothing of it. Maybe these guides should be more updated !

+	The friendlyness & efficiency of all the staff.
-	Alltho perfectly clean, and the bedlinen very good, the room missed out on somethings. The fridge was empty & the soaps in the bathroom were very basic.

+	The location, reception and cleanless, as well as the breakfest was just perfect. They have welcome drink of your choice and fourth night was for free!

+	Size of the room The hotel is centrally placed and very comfortable with musical jazz theme. Wood panelling and antique style furnishings give character and a sense of history. The caberet club and restaurant has excellent food and entertainment and very reasonably priced. HIghly recommended.

+	Hotel was clean and room was spacious. Breakfast was excellent.
-	The exterior condition of the hotel is appalling and should be fixed! It was also very cruel to see the lobsters in the tank, who were very sweet, and then to see them disappear and to know that they were cooked!Not animal friendly!
