+	We were pleased by the breakfast serving personnel, they had cold milk but we asked for hot milk every morning and it was not a problem. Also, we asked for omelet end they served us. They haven't double room and gave us an apartment at the same price (actually it was a very big room with beds, sofa table and chairs, a kitchenette and bathroom).
-	In the bathroom there was a bad smell coming, in my opinion, from the ventilation system. We tell them about it, they tried to do something, but no results (a part of the dirty from the ventilation coverage fall down on the toilet and haven't been cleaned from there). Although I am not a gourmand, the breakfast was the same in every morning and for a long period stay it could be a problem.

+	Helpfulness and friendliness of reception desk staff.
-	Seemingly unfriendliness of kitchen staff. No smiles or greetings in the morning. Also, quality of coffee could be improved by brewing it from freshly ground beans. We found out that eggs were available on our last day there, but no mention of this had been made by a written note or by the dining room staff.

+	Reception staff were superb - all spoke good English, were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble
-	Breakfast staff on the other hand never seemed to crack a smile, looked very disgruntled when we said the coffee had run out, and had trouble understanding a request for a boiled egg

+	location, very quiet spot in the buda hills. Distance from city exacerbated by construction altering the bus route, but workable. Nice to have free internet for checking e-mails. Friendly, helpful staff.

+	Extremely helpful front desk personnel. We were both sick and they would bring us their own items to use. Which were good.
-	It is quite a long ways out of town and into the country but that worked out fine.

+	The friendliness and helpful manner of the staff, really good information given.
-	There wasn't a bar or snacks available, although a mini bar was in the room.

+	The staff of this attractive, clean pension was extemely helpful, offering good advice on transportation, etc. Also, there was free internet connection on a house computer- a huge plus.
-	The hotel is located in the Buda hills (nice view from room balconey). It is an easy bus ride to and from downtown. If a short bus ride is not worth the cost savings, there is always the Four Seasons by the river.

+	There were excellent recommendations on where to go and how to get there. The rooms were wonderful and the garden was very romantic. It was a perfect place for our 25th wedding anniversary trip.
-	Mosquitos but that is nothing you can do something about.
