+	The hotel was very clean and the room was comfortable for our family of 4
-	The area where the hotel is located is not the safest area... especially at night.

The stay was very comfortable and was within easy walking distance (at least for us) of everything we really wanted to see. Nighttime around the hotel is a bit dodgy but we never felt unsafe.
