+	SOME reception staff were very friendly and helpful, location also good
-	Lack of any inet access (apart from a single PC for general use), some reception staff quite unfriendly, and breakfast dining staff rude.

Average hotel, in most ways. One or two friendly staff but a few downright rude ones as well. Shabby appearance, poor facilities. Serious customer care training required! In any event, we won't be back in Budapest again for leisure as expensive for what you get relative to more developed destinations. Not all tourists are gaping, drop-jawed and naive!!
