+	The kindness of the staff, hotel services, very good restaurant (even if not so cheap), spacious rooms, the price, the possibility to park the car for free on the streets behind the hotel
-	The only bad matter is the noise from the street, this is really the only big problem of this good hotel

-	rooms really need a good cleaning, floors need to be steam vacuumed and floors and corners need a good scrubbing. also, they need a nice mattress pad

+	Great value for money! The staff is very helpful and friendly. We would also like to recommend the restaurant in the evening, we ate some deliciously prepared salmon.
-	The room is somewhat noisy as the hotel is near a busy road.

+	good location, good service, very good breakfast. I think it is good location for travelling with car.

+	The staff and the service were really very good. The food in the restaurant was excellent.

+	Our four night stay at Hotel Charles was really good and excellent value.All staff were friendly and helpful.The food was good - both breakfasts and evening meals.We would happily recommend this hotel to others.

+	there were lots of grocery stores near by and the rooms were extremely large and clean.
-	The hotel was a bus ride away from the main attractions of the city: only draw back!

+	Rooms inside are ok, clean and big. Vestibule is also clean and the staff are very helpful.
-	Hotel itself from outside is not so nice. It looks like an old building.

+	Lovely staff, cleanliness, v. bright apartment, v. good restaurant, bus literally accross the road for Pest (5 mins).
-	No small pot (for boiling milk or water). Only one pot as cooking utensil in kitchenette.

+	The staff was very helpful and provided a lot of services- help booking a tour, travel arrangements, directions, etc. Also, the hotel was right on the bus line which made it really easy to get around.
-	The staff did try to push the hotel restaurant a little much, which made it hard to get food recommendations from them. We were only in Budapest for a couple of days and really wanted to get out into the city rather than eat there.
