+	The staff were very helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived, also found the food in the restaurant of very high quality and good service etc. the buffet breakfats also rated wery high with all the group we were travelling with.
-	Unfortunately we were there when Budapest was having a heatwave 42C and the rooms could have done with air conditioning, but they did provide a very adequate fan in all the rooms.

Seven of us in total had a very enjoyable weekend at the Hotel Charles. We found all the staff to be very happy, friendly and helpful. The food both at breakfast and the evening meal we had on our first night was excellent. The room had a well stocked mini bar and prices were reasonable, if I were to go to Budapest again I would definitely consider the Hotel Charles again.
