Have stayed at the Hotel Charles in Budapest several times and have never been disappointed in the excellent service, friendliness and attentiveness of staff, and cleanliness and comfort of the rooms as well as the dining room. The only complaint would be the lack of towel racks in the bathrooms and the uncomfortable pillows we had this time around. The hotel should really provide normal soft pillows as a comfortable and good night's rest is what all guests expect.
