Many 4 Star Hotels give you free WIFI, at the Erzebeth I had to pay 10000Huf for 7 days (Wiera) also the Guest Computer at the Receptions Aerea should have a printer attached, so you could check in your flight online and print your Boarding Pass or the office staff could offer this Service to Clients, I had to go to an Internet Cafe to check in, but all in all a very pleasant stay at the Erzebeth Hotel, can recommend it
