My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Gellert again and have had a wonderful time. It is a privillege to stay there and enjoy the ambience, starting at the welcome at the front door through to the lady in the lift down to the thermal baths. Our room was lovely and the situation of the hotel excellent. We made good use of Budapests's trams and buses and the Gellert is very handy for this. Definitely worth a repeat visit. It was also nice to see "our" hotel on Michael Palin's " New Europe" on May 27th.
