+	The staff was very friendly, and most of them spoke excellent English making it easy to communicate. They were gracious about helping us arrange airport transfers and storing our luggage before check in and after check out. Also, the price was unbeatable with the promotion they were running.
-	Our room was right next to the restaurant, which hotel guests would sometimes stay drinking at til 11 or so, making quite a bit of noise. The location is also a bit out of the way - be prepared to walk up hills on your way here! But once you get the 15 minutes to Moskva ter it's easy to get anywhere else in the city.

+	Friendly and helpful staff with excellent language skills. Pleasant room. Good value.
-	Too hot, window looked on to main hallway, noise from restaurant. Food a little 'instant'. Noisey water pipes. TV a bit creeky, not much choce in channels.

+	The hotel is very confortable, located in a quite, green area of Buda, but only 10 - 15 minutes walking distance to the Castle, Margaret island, Lukács thermal baths, etc. We had temperatures over 30ºC and it was really nice to sit in the hotel garden, enjoying the swimming pool.

+	Everything ! The reception lady gave us the room No 45 on the top floor, with 2 rooms and a shower room, which were surrounded by a large balcony, very private - very convenient for us, as I snore a lot, and we appreciate the 2-room arrangement for better sleep !
-	Not much, but as there are 2 rooms in our Room No 45, it would be more convenient if each room had a bin for throwing our waste-papers and so on, no need to always run into the shower room to throw them. Also, only in reception and bar areas had WiFi signals - this was a setback for us, as I was hoping to connect my laptop to my office in Zurich, so that I could continue working on our first day which was still a working day (Friday Feb. 25) - because I am on a contract for which if I do not work on a working day, I cannot get paid.
