The Manager, Robert, was the most helpful with everything from giving us info on getting around Budapest and helping to arrange affordable sightseeing, to exhanging our money (euro to forintz) and accommodating all of our needs. He spoke perfect english and upon our horrible travel experience of getting off on the wrong train stop without any of the proper currency to pay a cab or even use a payphone in Budapest, Robert gave us an incredible warm welcome, including offering us one of the traditional hungarian beverages, food or was willing to take care of any of our needs even though we arrived very late after our long travel. it was a wonderful welcome and his hospitality was the BEST part of our trip and a great testament to the friendliness of the people of Budapest! It is the only place we will stay if we ever return to Budapest.
