My Daughter and I had a most enjoyable weekend in February 2009 staying at Promenade City Hotel - excellent location within walking distance of most of the sights ot beautiful Budapest. The Hotel was warm and inviting after a long day sightseeing in sub-zero temperatures !! The staff were friendly and very helpful in directing us to suitable restaraunts and bars nearby where we could walk in safety. The room was clean, comfortable and warm if a little small The Hotel choice certainly added to a most emjoyable Birthday weekend -will definately stay again
