-	the rooms are not of a 3 stars hotel, and the breakfast was terrible

+	Location, large bedroom, large bed, warm on cold days, internet worked well, staff advised me about a super restaurant in area.
-	Stairs - my room was at the top of the hotel and there was no lift.

+	The hotel was very clean and 24hr service on reception was very helpful
-	Windows in the first room we stayed in, room 38 would not close and there was a walk way outside. Staff were not as friendly as expected.

+	Good location, clean rooms and a reasonable breakfast
-	Out of four rooms, only two had maid service. the other two rooms were forgotten about with no clean towels. Asked for toilet roll and none arrived, when we asked at reception we were told we could not have any as it was late at night! Eventually got some once they had opened the safe.

-	functionality of the endowment(remote control -not working, heat machine-not working, the bathroom have no trickling) ,the stairs are to abrupt and tight, have no elevator.
