+	The room was large, comfortable and clean. Bathroom was large and very up to date. The view from our room was the best imaginable in the beautiful city of Budapest. The breakfast layout was excellent. Every member of the staff that we came into contact with could not have been more accommodating, polite, warm and friendly. For a very reasonable price, I cannot imagine a better value in Budapest.
-	The connecting door between rooms was not quite thick enough or insulated enough from sound as we would have liked. We could hear our neighbors through the door when they were speaking loudly. This is the only thing I can think of that prevents the Hotel Victoria from being perfect.

+	the location and staff. nothing better than waking up to a view of the danube and the staff could not have been better. excellent service!

+	Location, Location, Location Cleanliness, Desk person very helpful. Even before we arrived, answered my e-mail inquiries. Room very comfortable and beautiful view. Good price .
-	no toiletries bathroom, combination shampoo soap was available.

+	panoramic view recommended!!
-	Bathroom could have a renovation and better lights Average breakfast. Small TV. Older WLAN (didnot funktion with newest Iphone3G) maybe a router-configuration problem. But for the hotel -price and the panoramic view OK.

+	Position of hotel, friendliness and size. Close to metro and other transport and very handy for boarding river boat for trip to Amsterdam.
-	Bit unusual not to be able to bowwow an iron and ironing board.

+	Helpfulness of the staff and friendliness. We stayed in the Hotel Victoria as it was our daughter's wedding - good situation, ample space in rooms, really enjoyed the views & breakfast. The staff were very obliging. Small, cosy hotel.

+	the view fron the window's room and the position of the hotel
-	we didn't know we should have chosen a no-smoking room and the one we stayed had a terrible smell of smoking all time long.
