+	Position of hotel, friendliness and size. Close to metro and other transport and very handy for boarding river boat for trip to Amsterdam.
-	Bit unusual not to be able to bowwow an iron and ironing board.

+	Helpfulness of the staff and friendliness. We stayed in the Hotel Victoria as it was our daughter's wedding - good situation, ample space in rooms, really enjoyed the views & breakfast. The staff were very obliging. Small, cosy hotel.

-	we didn't know we should have chosen a no-smoking room and the one we stayed had a terrible smell of smoking all time long.

+	Der wunderschöne Blick auf die andere Donauseite mit dem Parlament und auf die Kettenbrücke.
-	Leider konnte unser Zimmer nicht gelüftet werden. Es war daher zu warm, was besonders beim Schlafen unangenehm war.
