The accommodation does not operate a non-stop reception service therefore the arrival time (with flight number if applicable) must be given 3-7 days prior to arrival day otherwise guests might not get the keys and occupy the apartment in a proper time.

Children under 14 can stay for free, regardless of whether they sleep in a baby cot, on an extra bed, or with the parents, but their arrival must be signaled during reservation. Baby cots, baby bathtubs and highchairs can be arranged upon request. The apartments can only be rented by adults over 18 (at least one adult must reside in each apartment); we can accommodate children under 18 only under parental supervision.

Payment is due upon arrival, in cash (we cannot accept credit cards or cheques).

Some of the studio apartments are air-conditioned - these upgraded studios are available upon request for an 8 Euro/night surcharge; the request should be marked in the reservation submission. We will inform you if an upgraded studio is available but the reservation for the standard non air-con apartment is automatically valid.
