+	The room was fairly well equipped: Cable TV, microwave oven (but it had an issue, it couldn't be stopped, we had to unplug it), small fridge, oven, cooker, a few utensils
-	the room wasn't clean enough, a lot of hair on the floors, even on the bed linen, the couch was very dirty, stained, it had hair on it, there was a problem at the reception, we had agreed to stay in an apartment but we received a studio instead, but they wanted to charge us for the price of an apartment, I had to argue with them, the janitor came to clean the room only the next day in the afternoon, when we were sleeping, the view was that of a decrepit building, no soap or shampoo in the bathroom (except for a very cheap liquid soap!) and so on.

+	the room size is amazing, it is spacious, and it is not expensive.

+	For February price ,the location and usefulness would be hard to beat.
-	Only bad point is entrance bell and corridor to reception ,apartments located in next street are superb for their price.They were full in february so be warned ! I shall certainly return here !

-	so many things needed maintennce and had broken donw .. fan in lounge room, fan in bathroom, water pipe under wash hand basin broken.

+	Nice location, close to Metro station and walking distance to the river. Large, warm and comfortable rooms with everything necessary for a long stay. Nice apartments in beautiful city for very little money.

+	Modern furniture and appartment decoration. Unbreakable doors with 4 locks. Parking space in garage. Close to city centre
-	Nothing to be most dissatisfied. Maybe only view on construction site and quite dirty neighborhood (streets).

+	I liked the apartment it was in a great location. The apartments were very clean and nice and had a great little garden you walk through to get to your place. I would recommend people to stay here especially if you have 3 plus people as hostels charge per person.

+	The central location and convenient facilities of the apartment. The apartment was very roomy. modern and well equipped. It would be great for a family. Would not recommend it for a solo traveller or people unused to fending for themselves in foreign places.

+	location, quietness, independence, trust to clients, etc. Excellent stay in a newly- built appartmenthouse in the heart of Budapest. The rooms are newly-renovated as well. Clients receive keys to the apartment as well as to the room. Close to a Metro station to and important venues.

-	The room was very noisy, impossible to sleep. Staff is not trained for hospitality. Room was not clean. I would only recommend the place for young guys who wants to party in the city. The place is just front of one of the best known pub in Budapest.

+	perfect locaion, nice staff, comfortable appartment, you do not need more. We apsolutely recomand the hotel to other visitors.
-	parking space is rare, the street is rather noisy, howevr is it not to disturbing.

+	The staff were nice.
-	The reservation never said that we had to pay in cash, so we could only stay one night and had to go stay in a very expensive hotel so we could pay with credit cards. This would have been avoided if we were told upfront; we would have brought more cash with us. Very disappointing.

-	Window of room was the hallway, also have now paid twice for airport pick up as website was first one I booked and then guesthouse did actual pick up. Room was not cleaned once whilst I was their.
