+	č accogliente, carino, in centro, dŕ la possibilitŕ di essere indipendenti e questo č ottimo.
-	purtroppo, non essendo finestra in bagno, l'umiditŕ sta danneggiando il legno della porta e crea ruggine alla vasca; non č una bella vista

-	Nothing really - there wassomedust on the side of the washing machine and the reception staff at night was very stressed out (I believe he had to run two receptions by himself poor guy),butit was quite a good place and good value

+	Mooie grote kamer, volledig ingerichte keuken, goede locatie (50 meter van centraal metrostation). Goede prijs - kwaliteit verhouding. Naar mijn mening een aanrader!

+	The room was fairly well equipped: Cable TV, microwave oven (but it had an issue, it couldn't be stopped, we had to unplug it), small fridge, oven, cooker, a few utensils
-	the room wasn't clean enough, a lot of hair on the floors, even on the bed linen, the couch was very dirty, stained, it had hair on it, there was a problem at the reception, we had agreed to stay in an apartment but we received a studio instead, but they wanted to charge us for the price of an apartment, I had to argue with them, the janitor came to clean the room only the next day in the afternoon, when we were sleeping, the view was that of a decrepit building, no soap or shampoo in the bathroom (except for a very cheap liquid soap!) and so on.

+	Nice location, close to Metro station and walking distance to the river. Large, warm and comfortable rooms with everything necessary for a long stay. Nice apartments in beautiful city for very little money.

+	I liked the apartment it was in a great location. The apartments were very clean and nice and had a great little garden you walk through to get to your place. I would recommend people to stay here especially if you have 3 plus people as hostels charge per person.

+	The central location and convenient facilities of the apartment. The apartment was very roomy. modern and well equipped. It would be great for a family. Would not recommend it for a solo traveller or people unused to fending for themselves in foreign places.
