-	My room was very hot. I had to keep the window wide open all night because it was so hot.

+	The room was great and the beds/sheets were excellent.

-	No shower on Level four due to water pressure. Reception made the excuse that everyone was showering at the same time but it lasted for over 2 hrs or trying!
