+	Price is all right. The receptionist was kind and nice.
-	I didn't like that the swimming pool and the jacuzzi didn't work although those convenience are stated as operable at the web site

+	Design of the rooms is quite ok. Nice Swimming pool
-	Mould in the shower. toilet lid broken. Staff at the reception not very friendly. Sheet not big enough for the bed

+	good service pool jaccuzzi sauna very good
-	wonderful hotel.outside the hotellwalls very dirty and poor.

-	Restaurant needs to be set up ons less of a meeting room style. Also, trip into the city on public transportation was lengthy

+	When we arrive at hotel i was surprised how excellent young, black hair lady at the desk was- she was really profesional!!!!!! swimming pool and jaccuzi was great

+	The swimming pool and jacuzzi
-	The sauna dept. needs some reconstruction because of damaged doors etc. The website does not tell the traveller by which public transportation mean (= bus 3) you can reach the hotel; this is of great importance for the BUDAPEST CARD owners!
