+	The swimming pool and jacuzzi
-	The sauna dept. needs some reconstruction because of damaged doors etc. The website does not tell the traveller by which public transportation mean (= bus 3) you can reach the hotel; this is of great importance for the BUDAPEST CARD owners!

+	Price is all right. The receptionist was kind and nice.
-	I didn't like that the swimming pool and the jacuzzi didn't work although those convenience are stated as operable at the web site

+	Design of the rooms is quite ok. Nice Swimming pool
-	Mould in the shower. toilet lid broken. Staff at the reception not very friendly. Sheet not big enough for the bed

+	When we arrive at hotel i was surprised how excellent young, black hair lady at the desk was- she was really profesional!!!!!! swimming pool and jaccuzi was great

+	A tévedéseket megpróbálták gyorsan orvosolni.
-	A negyedik szoba volt amely, hasonlított arra, ami elfogadható. Az első hideg volt és nem olyan volt, amit rendeltünk, a második sem volt a rendelésünknek megfelelő, a harmadik jó lett volna de a nyílászáró nem volt jó (az erkély ajtó nem volt zárható) és a kád lefolyó össze volt törve és ezért használhatatlan volt. A negyedik jónak tűnt, reggel azonban a nappali fényben, közvetlen az ágy mellet a falon csupa "kosz" volt (valamilyen anyag végig csurgott, és annak a nyomai ott díszelegtek, szörnyű volt). No, ekkor döntöttünk úgy a feleségemmel, hogy nem maradunk ott tovább.

+	Az ágy matraca kényelmes volt.
-	A medence és a jacuzzi víze nagyon hideg volt, így fürdésre alkalmatlan volt pedig a szállódaválasztásnál nagy szerepe volt a medencének illetve szauna meglétének.

+	Kellemes,csendes környezet.Igaz h a szálloda a vasút mellett fekszik de szinte semmi zaj nem szűrődik be.Finom,bőséges reggeli,kedves kiszolgálás.Jacuzzi:-)
-	Előrebocsátom h elégedett voltam csak jó lett volna ha tovább tart nyitva a jacuzzi,ill.kissé kellemetlen volt éjjel 2-kor a portá(s)t felébreszteni h bejuthassunk a kapun(a hölgy nagyon kedves volt,csak nekünk okozott lelkiismeretfurdalást, hogy szegényt éjnek évadján felzavartuk) .Jó lenne itt is a kártyás megoldás.

+	Das Swimming-Pool im Hotel ist wirklich sehr nett und Sauber
-	Leider wird in Zukunft eine neue Autobahnabfahrt direkt hinter dem Hotel vorbeiführen event.Lärmbelästigung möglich?
