+	the staff was very helpfull
-	we ordered two rooms. for both rooms we payed the same price although they were very different. the size and no bad. it was not a very big problem for both of the rooms were clean, but I was surprised that it was so different.

+	Breakfast is good. Spotlessly clean. Friendly staff especially Melinda was very helpful and did her best to solve all the querries, organizing trip and even giving the schedules for the trains to Bratislava.
-	There is nothing to complain about this hotel.

+	We had to leave at 5 a.m. for the train, and a boxed breakfast was waiting for us at check-out. Our bicycles were stored conveniently. The building is lovely, well-lit and very clean. Staff was available and helpful and very efficient.
-	Nothing to complain about!

-	Numer 406 ist very noisy - the aircondition is too loud!!! The water in the shower remains on the floor.

+	rooms are small but nicely arranged; interesting architecture; comprehensive breakfast; metro is nearby; surroundings acceptable
-	breakfast room is relatively small, one morning we had to wait; garage is not belonging to the hotel and motorbikes are not allowed

+	The location is excelent. The personell is ok
-	The Tv channels were boubt in Hungarian. Maybe a DVD player with some movies that you can borrow from the reception could be good. Not all the visitors are speaking Hungarian

+	We arrived late at night and left early in the morning so it is a bit difficult to comment very well. The room was lovely. We thought the hotel was great. The room was very cramped we thought but adquate for us for the time we were there. We were very pleased with our booking over the internet and would recommend you to others travelling to Budapest.

+	The hotel itself was modern and new. Great breakfast. Great helpful staff.
-	The location was not at all what was described on the websight. In a ROUGH location; We felt very uneasy; not near to ANYTHING! Need to take the underground; or tram- which gets old, esp. having to walk in that section of town. VERY SMALL rooms. The smallest I have ever been in.

+	The service, the style and the cleanliness were all great. It felt like nothing was too much trouble and staff were eager to please.

+	Nice furnitures and everything very clean. On sunday the staff was very friendly and helpfull.
-	The room was very poor, we booked it because it looks nice, big with windows,bathtub etc. we got the smallest room in the hotel no window no space at all you got very claustrofobic in the room and no bathtub it was room 111, we asked to have the room we have booked but no one could help us, the supervisor tried to tell us that all the rooms was the same size,but in the end he admitted that we had the smallest room, but the answer was SORRY WE ARE FULLY BOOKED, even then not all the guests for the weekend had arrived, he wouldn't help us, and we asked again later friday night but still the same answer - thats not very good service, then at least we should be compensated in some way at the bill But nothing, so we stayed out of the hotel as much as possible.!!!

+	The hotel was modern, clean and new.
-	We had a problem with our room on the first night, and we were relocated to another hotel, which was not to the standard of the Atrium.. there was not go much concern about us in all the moving about and not as much as a complimentary drink offered.

-	drawback of the "atrium" is that all noises from the restaurant/bar are amplified and the doors of the rooms are not sufficiently soundproof; hence late arrivals, loud guests, rearranging the tables for breakfast, ...are somewhat disturbing at night
