+	Nice suroundings, free parking, free internet acces
-	Clean is not a known word in that hotel. We found hair on the closet and the smell was terible. Sheets are not white, but red ( i wander why :) ) and they seems to be verry old. Dirty walls, dirty shower, dirty floor and windows. In fact, everithing was dirty. Poor breakfast. Don't go there. Romani, decat acolo mai bine la cort.

+	The staff was very nice. They all knew English. Breakfast was of good quality and in my opinion, it was not very varied, but plenty of food. I was surprised to see that even if it was Sunday and we only stayed 2 nights, they came and cleaned the room. It's in a very nice and quiet residential area. Supermarket and HEV station are close by. You can find maps of the city and guides at reception.
-	In the room, at night, it was a bit cold. Even if the hotel is 5 mins away from the HEV station, we couldn't buy tickets from there, so we went on our own risk with no tickets for 4 stations where we found a ticket booth.

+	the fact that we got directions from the front-desk every time we asked for them, including a quick view on a map to see where we were and where we wanted to go; the location of the hotel is very close (5 min tops) to the HEV station; the location itself of the hotel, on a side street, very nice&quiet
-	good food at breakfast, but the same everymorning; all the channels on tv were doubled in Hungarian and we couldn;t understand much; the housekeeping only took the garbage out and the towels, not changed the linens

+	A személyzet nagyon kedves és szolgálatkész volt mindig,a szálloda jó helyen van (csak látszólag eldugott). A hűtő is megfelelő volt, mondjuk egy nagyobb mélyhűtő azért jó lett volna. A fűtés is rendben volt.
-	Igazából elégedetlen nem voltam semmivel, de kár, hogy a fürdőkád dugója nem működött rendesen.

+	Roppant komfortos az egész hotel, az ember tényleg azt érzi,hogy az ő kényelme a cél.
-	Semmi különösebb negatívum. Tisztaságból "csak" 9/10. de őszinténszólva semmiféle kritika nem merült fel.

+	A nyugodt környékkel, és ha a barátnőm nincs ott, akkor a hotel is csendesnek lett volna nevezhető :)
-	A dupla ágy szétcsúszós, és folyamatosan ki kellett védeni a rugók támadását. A wc-tartály brutális, gőzmozdonyos hangja feltöltődéskor.

+	A tisztasággal, rendezettséggel , csenddel, jó levegővel voltunk elégedettek leginkább. Számunkra a fekvése is igazán kedvező volt, mert Üröm és a Belváros is könnyen megközelíthető volt.
-	Nem volt ilyen. Az egyéb szolgáltatások (pl. wellness, programajánlat, stb) igazából hiányoztak. De időnk sem lett volna rá és igényünk sem. Nem ezért foglaltuk ezt a szállást.

+	Kann dieses Hotel als Übernachtung auf der Durchreise echt empfehlen. Ob die Lage für einen längeren Budapestaufenthalt gut ist kann ich nicht beurteilen.
-	NAVI, NAVI, NAVIGATION, sonst seid ihr in Budapest aufgeschmissen denn die Beschilderung dort ist echt miserabel!

+	A reggeli finom, szoba szép világos volt. Remek volt, hogy a recepciós fiatalember segített megtalálni a hotelt. Készséggel adott még két takarót és bögrét.

+	Nekem az ágy keménysége, de a páromnak már kemény volt.
-	Friss, reggeli annak aki szereti a csak zsömiből készűlt szendvicset, mert más sajna nem volt, meg a valami borzasztó kávé is hozzá. Talán cikoria? :) Valamint a franciaágyon nem volt gumis lepedő és amit rádobtak az meg reggelre elmászott alólunk és már csak a a matrac volt reggel alattunk. Takarításról meg csak annyit, hogy rengeteg feket hajszálat találtunk, még a WC ülőkéjén is, amit gusztustalannak tartok, hogy állítólag takarítanak a vendégek után.
