+	hotel is near a bus station, metro, and tram. Everything is ok. Servis is excelent. wery helpfull people

+	some of the staff were nice and friendly, the coffee was lovely as were the salads, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean
-	It was rated as a four star hotel however the bedroom had very dirty carpets, mismatched bedding, holes in the the towels, wall needed repainting. also breakfast was very expensive at 12 euros each when there was not a lot of choices in hot food also the orange juice was squash and not what you might expect for a four star hotel.

+	Personal was friendly and polite. They speak very well englis and german. We had a buetifuful time in Budapest.
-	Car parking is pretty expensive - 12 Euro per day.

+	Overall a satisfactory hotel,with suitable amenities for our requirements, in a good location.
-	Air conditioning in our room 1301 may need servicing.

-	dirty sheets (even after changing), staff trying to get the same bills payed twice

+	Ambiance of hotel was very good and it is superbly situated close to tram and buslinks to the key hub of the city.
-	No major dissatisfaction. Perhaps, the dinner menu could include some more budget orientated meals amongst its tempting but relatively high priced menu.

+	the area you can go every wer with bus and tram and very still area

+	The view over Budapest it's superb (I stayed on the 11'th floor) . The location it's good and it's clean comparing the money / 50 E.
-	when we asked about the breakfast we were told that it's 9 euro and we can also pay in the morning. In the morning they told us that it's 12 euro because we didn't pay in the evening.....

+	The location, the panorama.
-	There is a serious problem with the soundproofing, due to the communicating doors between the rooms; I could hear my neighbour quite clearly and as it was a young couple it was sort of embarrassing from time to time... You should really fix that, because it was, so far, the only breach I saw.

-	The bed was to soft. Sometimes there was tobacco smoke seeping into the room even though it was a nonsmoking floor.

Good value for money hotel, in a quiet area, yet only 2 tram stops or 400m away from a metro, bus & tram station.

+	Location. Tram stop just right across the road. View. All rooms with a view.
-	The hotel could do with another lift (elevator) or two! Prepare yourself for long waits during breakfast time! I saw people going down 7 stories on foot!
