We were delighted with the friendliness and co-operation of the Staff,and their willingness (and skill) to speak and understand our language. On a separte point, we had a terrible experience in the subway.confronted by scruffy and aggressive woman offical and fined 5000 euro for ticket we had purchased at top of stairs not being stamped!! No signs in English to expalin need for stamp. Howver we do hope to return
