+ the room view: excelent. the staff: excelent. Specially the receptionist the time we arrived. Unfortunatelly I didn't get his name, but was perfect service. He gave us all the support on discovering the city. Great work.
- The air-co in the room: there was no way to control it, and was too hot. So, I had to shut down the whole electricity in the room in order to keep cooler.

- hotel gave us a dirty wifi code that disabled our laptop and had to go to the shop for de-bugging. Hotel would not let us check in 15 minutes prior to 14:00 check in time. Room smelled musty.

- 1. We had an early check out before bredakfast time and it seems the hotel does not cater for this except a very basic pack. We were very disapointed. Also there was not tea/coffee service in the room or at least a complementary bottle of water.

+ The location was Brilliant, in the middle of the city centre but still verry quiet. Rooms were clean. Also liked the fact that the staff was verry helpfull and kind.

- little space in the room (I had room 102). No seat to sit to use internet : I had to stay on the floor (+internet cable too short to use in the bed). Very difficult to put my suitcase somewhere since the place is too small.
