1. I requested a quiet room and got the one next to the elevator. When I immediately asked for a change, the staff said the others are booked. Not occupied, booked! I asked why cannot I change then, but to no avail. We are very disappointed! I am a light sleeper and heard the elevator door opening and closing the whole night for 4 nights. 2. The airconditioner is incorrectly connected and one must turn on the temperature above 30 degrees to get it started. We were not told of that in advance, but only after complaining about it two days later. 3. The toilet is flushing a stream up in the air in the bathroom. 4. The in room safe locked up on us twice, requiring the staff to bring a master key an open it. 5. The reception staff was using foul language between themselves before became aware of the fact that we speak Hungarian. The breakfest room and cleaning staff, however, was polite and friendly
