-	First floor being two flights of stairs up with our many bags; elevators, if possible, would be nice.

+	FRIEDNLY PEOPLE AT THE RECEPTION DESK
-	no light in the room even after complying at the reception desk. No soap at all in the bathroom , There was no cups and a cattle for making a cup of tea!!

+	Front desk were very helpful.
-	No elevator, had to carry suitcases up two floors. No in room wifi.

-	You not telling me that the hotel had an offer of 4 nights for the price of 3 which would have saved me money! Better I deal diredtly with the Hotel in future.

-	Small room, A/C without cooling but with noise (if you put A/C off you can smell cigarets from some other room), terrible room view, lack of air.

+	Very helpful staff in reception wirth good language knowledge.Very good puplic transportations nearby.
-	Room 128 very dark, did only have lamps beside the beds. A screwdriver to lend at the reception is a little thing but very helpful when needed :-)
