+	The location is super. Very central - close to everything
-	no wireless in rooms. No possibility to use usb stick in reception either.

+	Room and very good cleaning. Professionel and helpfull reception.
-	Breakfast was not excactly what we expected - but the staff was excellent.

-	Consierge lied abt air conditioning being fixed. NO AIR/ NO TIV/NO INTERNET in room. Breakfast the same every day. Hotel in charming rubble.

+	Location of the hotel is SUPER. Room small but OK. Clean. The staff is friendly. The internet service is OK. Bathroom OK. Airconditioning: average. Breakfast: OK

-	We get a room where some workers start to work in the same front of our windows like at 7 in the morning, it was terrible, they were in our windows and the noise was terrorific, i couldnt sleep from 7 in the morning!!!!!!

+	The location is great, right in the centre, helpful staff, nice restaurant, free safe.
-	Problems in the shower cabin, but we were offered another room. The building is old so no matter how well cleaned, it always looks a bit shabby.

+	Front desk service during daytime and the friendly service of the cleaning lady of our floor.
-	We booked a room with Danube view which had a scaffolding for restauration work in front of the windows. A very good alternative was offered and we had a perfect stay

+	es ist direkt in Zentrun, die Lage ist sehr gut.
-	Kühlschrank war defekt, Bad-Lüftung hat Tag und Nacht gerattert, trotz beschwerde pasierte nichts, erholsamer Urlau ist was anders.

+	Character sense of age on balconies, front desk staff excellent, Matyas dining room is special, closeeness to river and metro
-	Lots of night time noise on streets, drunken homeless felt a bit threatening, grafitti and external condition of hotel. Sewer smell in first room, but we were offered a different one with no probelm...... but no air conditioning

-	No air conditioned room was offered at first, it was until we complained and decided to leave the hotel, then the clerck offered air conditioned room.

-	One member of staff was a bit of a grump and the fruit at breakfast looked awful.
