-	Kühlschrank war defekt, Bad-Lüftung hat Tag und Nacht gerattert, trotz beschwerde pasierte nichts, erholsamer Urlau ist was anders.

+	Character sense of age on balconies, front desk staff excellent, Matyas dining room is special, closeeness to river and metro
-	Lots of night time noise on streets, drunken homeless felt a bit threatening, grafitti and external condition of hotel. Sewer smell in first room, but we were offered a different one with no probelm...... but no air conditioning

-	The room was too hot, although the temperature outside at night time was not that high. The floor of the room was hot. Somehow the hot water was circulating and keeping the inside temperature unnecessarily high. Uncomfortable, and not environmentally good at all.

+	standard of accommodation good English language skills of front desk staff excellent choice and quality of buffet breakfast
-	a detailed map of the location of the hotel would have been helpful - I had to ring the reservations agency for directions (which were given very clearly in excellent English by a very knowledgeable lady). It would be helpful to be told that the Elizabeth Bridge runs through the middle of marcius 15 ter and that the hotel is to the left of the bridge when facing the river.

+	The location is great, right in the centre, helpful staff, nice restaurant, free safe.
-	Problems in the shower cabin, but we were offered another room. The building is old so no matter how well cleaned, it always looks a bit shabby.

-	bathroom: shower door was broken and no one came to fix it. Last morning, we had cold showers before our long flight. We were very dissatisfied with that. It was a very noisy room due to nearby traffic. Air was bad because of bus parking outside our window.

-	The hotel is not clean, especially the entrance and staircase - very shabby and lacks light.The room wasn't that bad except that the shower room wasn't that clean.One of the sheets was much shorter than the bed itself and they never changed them in a week.The curtains were a disaster.Apart that they were filty dirty, one side was much shorter than the other!

+	The shower in our room developed a leak and the hotel staff moved us to a differnet room without any fuss. Ideal location very close to Vaci Utca (Fashion Street). Within easy reach of many of the tourist attractions, bars and restaurants. Staff very polite and very helpful.

+	large and clean room, noisy location but the room was very well insulated
-	there was no way to obtain complete darkness in the room during the night (the tents where indadeguate), if you like "sweet" breakfast you will not appreciate the limitated choice at the buffet. there was a ramp of stairs a the entrance without an access for invalid people.
