-	While feeling the staff was trying to be helpful, they seemed to lack knowledge of services available and what international travelers need.

I am not sure if it was a communication problem or not but a simple request for laundry services turned in to a very unpleasant surprise on the final bill!! While feeling the staff was trying to be helpful, they seemed to lack knowledge of services available and what international travelers need.
