+	the area is pleasantly lively and on a walking distance from all major places of interest (incl. the station where the train from the airport arrives).
-	The promised breakfast buffet turned out to be an illusion.

Comfortable room in Cotton Club style including music and dancing until 03.00 on (friday)night ! If you really need your sleep, ask for a room on one of the higher floors!
