+	The staff was excellent and always prepared to help.
-	It was extremely hot in Budapest when we visited and the air conditioning did not work properly in the hotel. We were told it was an old system and needed work.

The htoel was cntrally situated and easy to reach once you were familiar with the city. The staff went out their way to help. The only drawback was the lack of a good air conditioning system at a time when the temperatures were very hot. I also felt the breakfast was a bit bland, but one could always find something to eat:)
