+	The friendly staff and size of room since we had Colorado students studying abroad stay with us.
-	The bathroom, a few hooks to hang clothes on and a table to set on toiletries. One could hem the curtains also.

+	the location was great, staff very helpful, we were looking for a hotel that was not too expensive, therefore we did not expect anything out of the ordinary. When we say average, it does not mean that we did not like the hotel.
-	I will point out two things. The food at the hotel was not very good (i.e. lunch), but then again I might be fussy. Restaurants in Budapest are quite pleasant and the food is good! The only thing we did not like in our room was the fact that around the shower, there was a large black ring of grime (that is full of bacteria and not pleasant), the center of the shower was spotless, but the cleaning staff should use bleach and a good brush to clean around the shower. Also the shower head was full of lime-scale, that could also be cleaned with a brush and white vinegar. We know, we had a B&B in France for several years. We mentioned it to the hotel manager, and the cleaning lady made an effort, but it was still dirty, I think she didn't know how to properly clean.

+	Very nice and helpful staff.
-	We booked our room 6 months before arrival and got a room on the top floor witn only small windows on the roof. Did not feel good to stay in that room. They could have asked us before if we could accept that kind of room. That was not good service.The next day we got another room on a lower floor with windows. The breakfast could have been better. Anything else was excellent service from staff on the hotel.

+	The staff was excellent and always prepared to help.
-	It was extremely hot in Budapest when we visited and the air conditioning did not work properly in the hotel. We were told it was an old system and needed work.

+	Location. Very close to the sights we wiished to see.
-	We initially booked a triple room for three people. Unfortunately, one of our group was ill and was unable to stay in the hotel. The remaining two of us were moved to a twin room, and were charged subsequentialy for the triple room. A bit of a rip off.

+	The breakfast cellar was very cosy. The bathroom was also fine. Some of the stuff was very helpfull.
-	There was much noise from the neigbouring room. We could almost hear every word of an ordinary conversation through the wall.

-	Noise levels very high - internal walls are very thin and the sounds from adjacent rooms (speaking, TV, snoring etc) all can be heard through the walls, as well as the noise from the corridors.

-	My colleague Edel Edwards also stayed in the hotel and had a lot of trouble with her shower. Which was never resolved during the duration of our stay. So she had to constantly use my shower instead.
