- TV channels - almost nothing in English, but we came to tour not watch TV. The written material on Budapest was very sparse, though the folder of important info was well prepared. Division of sleeping areas almost non-existent (only one room closed off). Sliding screen would have helped the other 2. A bit lax about passing on messages.

- Utensils were dirty and some of the appliances were a little too dirty for use (for example, the electric cattle was full of limescale).

- Make sure they house you in the main building and not in one of the nearby buildings..Also,make sure to tell them ahead of time of the exact time of your arrival because somebody has to open the front door buiding since there is no reception per se..

- There is a very unpleasant smell coming through the ventilation system in the bathroom. Given that the ventilation starts when you open the light, there was a constant bad smell in the bathroom.

- Impossible to find if u are first time visit hungary. No signboard. Staff did not meet us at appointed time and we had to wait in front of building for a long time. Since we had no phone we had a lot of hassle to change money find phone booth then call staff to open room for us. Not recommended if not familiar with budapest!

+ Wesszelényi utca is a perfect location: in the very center of the Pest side, and yet a bit off the biggest and busiest streets which makes it calm and quiet. Close to good supermarket for buying the breakfast bread and all you need. Walking distance to the main tourist spots if you like that (Vaci utca, Gerbaud, etc), close to the metro Dék tér. In short: optimal location, value for the money!

- we did not know we had to pay in cash, so it was a problem when arriving on sunday. In summer time, it is better to take the conditionned air because the street is vey noisy (due to the old pavement) we did not and we regret because sleeping windows open was too noisy.

+ We really really loved this place. Huge apartment (think we were upgraded though), very clean and well equipped (two coffee makers, everything for the kitchen, hair dryer, alarm clock etc.). The location is just perfect, very central, but still very quiet. Do stay here and enjoy Budapest. It is an amazing city and Elite Studios will make you enjoy it even more! =)

+ The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. Ana (the staff) was very helpful in getting things organised. The location is convenient, within walking distance from Astoria stop, the Opera and Vaci Utca area. It was nice and quiet at night (can get a decent sleep!)
- A suggestion to make the stay even better:-> trams and busses guide for the area during peak and off peak hours.

+ location was just great!! the room was big and very comfortable, bathroom the same and kitchen just fine.
- when we arrived, we were confused, there were no sign for the hotel, but we called and the girl arrived in few minutes to take us. i'm a coffe addict and i hoped to find a coffe machine, but i didn't, and we did not find the whireless network the lady told us, but we found another one unsecured, so we did had some internet.

+ Great location, airconditioner really was a blessing, lots of room, great facilities.
- Staff can only be reached by mobile phone most of the time, although in the ten days that we were there we encountered our contact person at least four times, so no real problem there.

+ location of the hotel is convenient: there are several metro station not far from the hotel and supermarkets too.The district is quiet.It was easy to reach a lot of sight places.The appartaments are very nice,modern, spacious and comfortable.We had everything that wanted.We share our impressions with a frends and reccomend to choose the hotel for stay.Thans.
- i would like the stuff girles to be more punctual. Twice we were waiting at arranged time and needed to make a calls to the office.We began to worry because the taxi already arrieved.

+ Everything was great and we enjoyed your hotel a lot. It was so near the city center and so nice and clean. We had a group of our family and our daughters friends. Ages were from 20 to 82 and everybody like a lot your hotel. We promis to tell about it to everybody here, if they will travel to Budapest.
- Only one - was for grandmother the locks of the door. She was afraid to lock the door and get it open alone from inside. So she didn´t lock it at all from inside. But it was a luck that you could do so, because you couldn´t open the door from outside at all. So you didn´t need to lock the door. We have here in Finland must modern locks in hotels with cards so it is easy. But that was the only minus in your hotel from our grandma.

- Accessibility of receptionist impossible to find receptionist without a cell phone or to get into building. Give mailbox for receptionist No warning or information on the evening before departure about metro strike on day of departure!!! we just barely were able to reach the only train of the day.

+ The girl who is in charge of the apartment deserves a applaude from me as went out of the way to support me by understanding the difficuties of a long traveller.
- The entrance to the apartment has a very bad smell since the waste being collected in a room at the entrance. To be frank that ordour creates a strong negative impression of the apartment.

- Cleanlyness of bathroom and the bed comfort (an iferior IKEA quality). There was not an ofiice or any sign how to reach the staff other than mostly by mobile phone (an expensive way)
