-	It isn't really a hotel like I know with a name in front of it, or in any place (is very hard to find), with a normal reception (is in another flat, accesing by a street interphon).

+	The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. Ana (the staff) was very helpful in getting things organised. The location is convenient, within walking distance from Astoria stop, the Opera and Vaci Utca area. It was nice and quiet at night (can get a decent sleep!)
-	A suggestion to make the stay even better:-> trams and busses guide for the area during peak and off peak hours.

+	At jeg fikk tildelt rom hoyt oppe med noe utsikt. At leiligheten var generelt godt ekvipert, unntatt sengetoyet som absolutt kan oppgraderes !
-	At personalet var stresset. De to gangene jeg ringte resepsjonen var det ingen svar a fa! Jeg tror de var meget opptatte og gjorde jobben de var satt til a gjore pa en utmerket mate.

+	Everything was great and we enjoyed your hotel a lot. It was so near the city center and so nice and clean. We had a group of our family and our daughters friends. Ages were from 20 to 82 and everybody like a lot your hotel. We promis to tell about it to everybody here, if they will travel to Budapest.
-	Only one - was for grandmother the locks of the door. She was afraid to lock the door and get it open alone from inside. So she didn´t lock it at all from inside. But it was a luck that you could do so, because you couldn´t open the door from outside at all. So you didn´t need to lock the door. We have here in Finland must modern locks in hotels with cards so it is easy. But that was the only minus in your hotel from our grandma.

+	We really really loved this place. Huge apartment (think we were upgraded though), very clean and well equipped (two coffee makers, everything for the kitchen, hair dryer, alarm clock etc.). The location is just perfect, very central, but still very quiet. Do stay here and enjoy Budapest. It is an amazing city and Elite Studios will make you enjoy it even more! =)

+	location was just great!! the room was big and very comfortable, bathroom the same and kitchen just fine.
-	when we arrived, we were confused, there were no sign for the hotel, but we called and the girl arrived in few minutes to take us. i'm a coffe addict and i hoped to find a coffe machine, but i didn't, and we did not find the whireless network the lady told us, but we found another one unsecured, so we did had some internet.

-	In late nights there are sometimes some neighbours (maybe from other buildings), who are very noisy talking, shouting the whole night.

+	Great location, airconditioner really was a blessing, lots of room, great facilities.
-	Staff can only be reached by mobile phone most of the time, although in the ten days that we were there we encountered our contact person at least four times, so no real problem there.

+	location of the hotel is convenient: there are several metro station not far from the hotel and supermarkets too.The district is quiet.It was easy to reach a lot of sight places.The appartaments are very nice,modern, spacious and comfortable.We had everything that wanted.We share our impressions with a frends and reccomend to choose the hotel for stay.Thans.
-	i would like the stuff girles to be more punctual. Twice we were waiting at arranged time and needed to make a calls to the office.We began to worry because the taxi already arrieved.

+	The appartment is quite big, with all facilities in it and its location is excelllet, very very near from city center. Street very quiet also.
-	The directions they give to arrive to it are very bad!!! we get loose a lot of time at really it was very easy!!!

-	Accessibility of receptionist impossible to find receptionist without a cell phone or to get into building. Give mailbox for receptionist No warning or information on the evening before departure about metro strike on day of departure!!! we just barely were able to reach the only train of the day.

+	The girl who is in charge of the apartment deserves a applaude from me as went out of the way to support me by understanding the difficuties of a long traveller.
-	The entrance to the apartment has a very bad smell since the waste being collected in a room at the entrance. To be frank that ordour creates a strong negative impression of the apartment.

+	Location The Wi-Fi in the room is an advantage, the kitchenette is well equipped
-	Cleanlyness of bathroom and the bed comfort (an iferior IKEA quality). There was not an ofiice or any sign how to reach the staff other than mostly by mobile phone (an expensive way)

+	Good bathroom standard, own kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay in Budapest and will return as soon as possible
-	because the bedroom was upstairs it went rather warm.

+	Free upgrade and the privacy that the room offered. Walking distance to all major sites and staff extremely friendly
-	Only problem was the internet access however we did not try to rectify the situation.

+	the location was great, the apartment was wonderful - the best value for - the best.The location was great - in a quite street - but near all the central area (2 minutes from Vaci Utza). The apartment was wonderful - clean, very well furnished, and even with a small terrace - just great.
