-	la cabina inizialmente assegnata era assolutamente piccola e poco confortevole. Il personale si č dimostrato assolutamente comprensivo ed ha provveduto ad assegnare altra cabina decisamente piů grande e confortevole. Dalla descrizione della sistemazione nel sito internet non si evince che le stanze sono cabine ed in quanto tali di dimensioni ridotte

-	la difficolta' di attraversare la trafficatissima strada lungo il Danubio che passa davanti all'aingresso dell'albergo. Un semaforo regolato a pulsante forse allevierebbe il problema

+	The view was breath taking from the boat and the inside of the boat was gorges the old wood the chandeliers. Breakfast was delicious.
-	The night shift manager was not very help full. I speak fluent Hungarian not as though he could not understand me. I requested another pillow they only have one pillow on the bed and very flat. His response was you should have asked in the morning there is nothing I can do for you now. There are no real sheets on the bed just a piece of cloth. Mattress is soft you sink in the middle. A little too far from the center of Budapest we would have stayed longer at the hotel if service and comfortable bed. Stayed at the Star In Hotel for 10 more nights fantastic.

+	Helpful people at desk but rude people at restaurant. Nice location and rooms not big but cute.
-	Nothing going on on the boat, just for sleeping. We didn't like Janos restaurant nor boat restaurant.

-	Detail features:- The mattresses were lumpy. The sheets were not bit enough to tuck in properly so you ended up sleeping on the bare mattress. The air con. barely worked at all and was needed as there were no opening windows or ventilation. I would not like to be there in mid-summer. Wash basin was badly cracked. Chambermaid service was almost non existant.

+	The cabin was very clean and quite spacious, we had a separate sitting area with a small table and two chairs which was a pleasant surprise. The room had a nice view and was particluarly warm and cosy,loads of hot water for showering and it was nice breakfast did nt finish until ten am for us not so early risers!! I must also add we arrived a little early but were able to check in straight away which you don t always expect even at a quiet time of year.
-	It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room but we were aware in advance when we booked this was not available.

-	Breakfast juice's glasses are verry verry small (100 ml) ! I never seen in any hotels that small glasses.

+	The Price and the staff.For 120 euro for five nights B&B and all you could eat from a wide variety breakfast , on a splendidly peaceful boat hotel on the Danube, I couldn't believe my luck. The staff were extremely helpful, no doubt saving me lots of time with helpful tips and travel information. Also I was only 100 meters from a splendid transport system. Top marks all round, and I would advise anyone going to Budapest to look no further for accomodation.

+	Very friendly reception staff. Enjoyed the novelty of staying on a boat hotel.
-	It was getting towards the end of the season and at one point a conference took priority over the hotel guests in terms of the evening meal. The main issue being that we weren't told in advance which would have been helpful.

+	Good value for money. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay and would book the Fortuna again if we come back to Budapest. We had no complaints whatsoever.

+	This hotel was in a excellent location for us and within a 15 minute walking distance from many bars and restaurants for us to visit in the evening. The hotel was extremely clean and very friendly and I would recommend the hotel to anyone.
-	We were without running water at the hotel for our 1st day there but the staff did everything they could to lessen any inconvenience

+	Very freindly staff, very pleasant atmosphere and very nice room. We had one of the bigger rooms, which made it perfect!
-	Overall very positive experience. Only minor point was that the quality of the fruit at breakfast (not fresh)
