+	Location was perfect - the best place in the city. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
-	The decor on the guest floors could use some modernizing and brightening up.

+	personal is kind and helpful
-	bed/matras was not good; rooms in the left wing of the hotel are not spacious; central location in town at square with evening evenements needs more sound protection; in a whole this beautiful classic Hotel needs refurnishment.

+	a kilátás a szoba ablakából
-	Egyszer sem volt takarítva, a szemetest 4 napig nem ürítették, az ágy mellett nem tudtunk közlekedni, kérésünkre átrendezték a szobát, kéztörlőt kérésre 1db, rongyost adtak,pohár nem volt a szobában, a távirányító nem működött, többszöri kérésre adtak egy agyoncelluxozott távirányítót, a hűtőt ha beüzemeltük, berregett, mint egy traktor, a gulyásleves húsnélküli volt, a túróstészta elázott, a gesztenyepüré 1/4 adag volt, a medence korlátja ragadt a kosztól, a liftajtó ránkcsukódott minden alkalommal, ha nem ugrottunk be azonnal, az étteremben szükséges lenne a füstmentes rész kialakítása, nem sorolom tovább, nem volt méltó az Aranybikához!!!

+	az étkeztetéssel, a tojásrántottában benne volt a héj, és nem egyszer, minden nap ugyanaz volt az étel!

+	ein schönes Hotel im klassischen Stiel an unvergleichlicher Lage. Praktisch: Bewachter Autopark.
-	Im historischen Saal des Hotels wird kein Abendessen mehr serviert, nur noch Frühstück.
