Civis Hotel Aranybika is located in an Art Nouveau building, designed by Alfred Hajos, Hungary's first Olympic Champion, and built in 1915. Hotel guests are welcome to the in-house swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and solarium. A great variety of massages are offered, along with medical treatments of the following types: rheumatological, orthopaedic, dermatological and cosmetological consultation, dental surgery, biological dentistry, physiotherapy treatment, natural healing methods under medical guidance.

Facilities near the hotel: bowling, squash, tennis and football at the Fontana Fitness Centre.

The hotel serves business guests with excellent meeting facilities. Three conference rooms are available, with a suitable range of technical equipment: Hajós Alfréd Hall (150), Bika Bálint Hall (80) and Debrecen Hall (60).

The Civis Grand Hotel Aranybika really is a grand old, historic hotel right in the centre of Debrecen overlooking the large pedestrian square. Great for people-watching - the centre of everything. Room and hall decor is dated and dull but it is clean and good value for money. We would be happy to stay there again. Staff is excellent.
