+	Helpfulness and friendliness of reception desk staff.
-	Seemingly unfriendliness of kitchen staff. No smiles or greetings in the morning. Also, quality of coffee could be improved by brewing it from freshly ground beans. We found out that eggs were available on our last day there, but no mention of this had been made by a written note or by the dining room staff.

+	Reception staff were superb - all spoke good English, were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble
-	Breakfast staff on the other hand never seemed to crack a smile, looked very disgruntled when we said the coffee had run out, and had trouble understanding a request for a boiled egg

+	Extremely helpful front desk personnel. We were both sick and they would bring us their own items to use. Which were good.
-	It is quite a long ways out of town and into the country but that worked out fine.

+	There were excellent recommendations on where to go and how to get there. The rooms were wonderful and the garden was very romantic. It was a perfect place for our 25th wedding anniversary trip.

+	location, very quiet spot in the buda hills. Distance from city exacerbated by construction altering the bus route, but workable. Nice to have free internet for checking e-mails. Friendly, helpful staff.

+	The staff of this attractive, clean pension was extemely helpful, offering good advice on transportation, etc. Also, there was free internet connection on a house computer- a huge plus.
-	The hotel is located in the Buda hills (nice view from room balconey). It is an easy bus ride to and from downtown. If a short bus ride is not worth the cost savings, there is always the Four Seasons by the river.

+	Wir wurden in deutscher Sprache begrüßt und uns wurden alle wichtigen Daten über Verkehrsmittel (Linie, Ticket, Fahrzeiten usw), und Besonderheiten über Budapest mitgeteilt. Gute Speiselokale in der Nähe wurden uns fürs Abendessen empfohlen. Das Personal im Helios gibt alles um seine Gäste zufrieden zu stellen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

+	Super freundliches und hilfreiches Personal. Obwohl das Hotel außerhalb der City liegt, ist man mit dem Bus/Linie 8 in max. 15-20 Minuten mitten in der Stadt. Die Bushaltestelle ist zu Fuß 5 Minuten vom Hotel entfernft. Das Hotel liegt auf einem Hügel mit tollem Blick auf Budapest. Die Entfernung ist kein Problem.

+	Der Empfang war ganz hervorragend. Uns wurde - in deutscher Sprache - alles erklärt, die Lage des Hotels, die Zahlungsmodularitäten, der Weg in die Stadt, die Budapest-Karte, das nächstgelegene Restaurant mit gutbürgerlicher Küche, und und und -einfach Klasse!!!!
