+	Very good service and 24 hr reception.
-	Small spartan nature of the room and lack of any cooling system in the hotel - which means it gets stays really hot even in the evening because of the day's heat.

+	The presence of a fridge in the hotel room is a boon to budget travellers who like to bring their own food.
-	There were some dust bunnies on the floor when we were done dragging the separate single beds next to eachother, and the floor looked dirty in general due to cracks and scratches, but if you're not squeamish about dust then it's OK.

+	Really a very kind team, a plce from which you can go downtown accross beautiful gardens with spectacular view on the entire town about 30 min walking). Really cheap breakfast, quiet place.
-	Basic comfort, but for young people not really a problem. You must have cash arriving in the hotel, forints or euros!!

+	Being on a hill, it is a quiet location. Good view.
-	At the price, the value is not bad, but it would good to forewarn inquirers that the beds are heavy monsters that cannot allow covers to be tucked in if you are not quite strong, there is no phone in the room, just out in the hall. There are about 25 steps to climb to enter; it is not constructed as a hotel. Apparently it is primarily a student dorm. It is a soviet built big building - not a guest house. The shower curtain does not reach far enough around the stall, so the floor will be wet. Pubkic transportation is accessible at the botom of the hill - a 5 minute walk. We are in our 70s, so it was not really suitable for us.

+	We had a good stay in the Ballasi guest house , the vieuw was perfect . We didn't stay for dinner and in the weekend there was no breakfast.The friezer was perfect.

+	The place is very good. The view if fine and it´s near of the Citadella and downtown. People of frontdesk are heplfull.
-	I asked for towel for 2 days. Only in the third I got it. The payment in advance was a surprise to me. The bedrooms are very hot, and in the rainny day, my room was under the water.

+	The place is very quiet. Moreover it is close to the city center (a few minutes by bus). Rooms are wide and some of them offers a really panoramic view on the city
-	The room was not very clean. It was evident that the room has not been properly cleaned before we toke possession (e.g. we found crumbs and hairs on the floor). Moreover the bathroom had serious problems with the drainage system and we needed to change room.
