Balassi Guesthouse is situated on Gellert Hill, in the most beautiful green area of Budapest, only 2 kilometers away from the city center and the Castle District. There are 58 rooms: 24 doubles, 29 triples, and 5 with more beds (youth hostel type); all rooms have bathrooms. The rooms provide an amazing view of the Castle District and the hills of Buda.

The guesthouse is only open from the 1st of July until the 1st of September.

Nice weekend in Balassi Guest House

 
We enjoyed staying in this hotel very much. We were satisfied with the staff (very pleasant and obliging young girl with excellent English) and with the room - the comfort corresponded to the price and even exceeded our expectations.
