+	The location is splendid, the view from my room was very beautiful
-	It was very hot in Budapest for the first 2 days of my stay and there was no air conditioning in my room.In future, it would be wonderful if you could fit the rooms with AC

I am planning a trip to Budapest in October and would be very happy to stay at Balassi Balint Intezet - I have been told that it is difficult to get rooms from October to June, but I sincerely hope something can be done to remedy the situation.The staff were very kind and helpful and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.Very glad I chose Balassi Balint Intezet.
