+	A személyzet kiválló volt, rettentő kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak(nemcsak balatoni viszonylatban)
-	Egyébként csalódás volt a hely, 20 éve nem nyúltak a szobához (burkolat, bútorok), az egész egy 4nm-es luk meleg volt és a tisztaság is hagyott némi kívánnivalót maga után. :-( Ehez képest, kifejezetten drága volt szerintem.

+	a hotel elhelyezkedése és a szoba elhelyezkedése a hotelen belül, szoba berendezése
-	a reggeli nem bőséges és nem választékos, a fürdőszoba nem szellőzik és ettől kissé dohos, a vendégek elhordják a TV távirányítót és ezt nem pótolták, a szobában nincs pohár bekészítve, a minibar üres és jeges, de legalább jól hűt
