+	The staff and service was excellent, especially Eva, who was wonderful
-	Very small room to begin with, but when we asked for a larger room, we received one without any problems. Also, had to ask for soap (they only give you one little bar & do not replace it unless you ask).

+	Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location near shops, restaurants and one of the main metro stations.
-	The bathroom floor got filled with water after every shower because there was a opening between the wall and the door in the shower. Not a huge problem though as it got cleaned every day.

+	This was a good, clean, friendly hotel well located to suit our needs while in Budapest. It has been recently renovated and is in great condition - we did note on our comment card that a regular, thorough inspection (over and above general housekeeping standards) is required to maintain the condition.

-	The bottom sheet on one of the beds was too small to cover the mattress. The CH radiator in the bedroom could not be turned off (so it was hot and stuffy in the room), while the heated towel rail in the bathroom could not be turned on.

+	Relación calidad/precio y situación inmejorables. El desayuno es muy bueno. Habitaciones grandes y limpieza impecable. 100% recomendable
-	Puede parecer que esta crítica la ha escrito alguien poco exigente, pero no es el caso y no puedo poner pegas.Por poner algo, el comedor es pequeńo e igual tienes que esperar un poco (5 minutos)para entrar a desayunar.A nosotros no nos pasó.

-	quilts on the bed are uncomfortable during the summer. There should be a top sheet and perhaps a light blanket.
