+	The staff is nice, nice and clean rooms
-	coffe at breakfast was terrible (for a regular coffe drinker nesscafee is not really a coffee, although Nesscafe would be much better than what it was available during my stay), no place to rest in sauna

+	The hotel is located near the central subway station and the pedestrian street of Vaci utca. Many restaurants are located around and adjacent to the grocery store. Rooms are decorated tastefully modern. Good price in relation to the location and quality of the rooms but there are many significant issues that violate the pleasure of staying in this hotel.
-	The hotel staff is very rude and not welcoming. We have never received such disgusting service in a hotel or even a hostel. Too bad this is happening at the hotel that has great potential. During the first night (of a total of four), we returned to the room at 10PM and found there is no electricity in our floor. First, the receptionist pretended she did not know about the problem. Later it turned out that already evacuated some hotel guests in rooms adjacent to ours. The receptionist claimed that a computer (belongs to us or to another guest, shy says...) caused power outages and added that only in the morning they would deal with the problem. Apology and some compensation proposal are not in their vocabulary. Offered a room on another floor. With a small flashlight we moved our belongings to another floor in the middle of the night. On the last day the same receptionist accused us that we drank a bottle of juice from the mini bar and not reported. We did not touch a bottle of juice. In fact, we left our drinks there (we bought at the grocery store), because we did not have enough room in the suitcase. Insolent receptionist chose to embarrass us on a small bottle which cost close to zero. The bottom line hotel is not recommended, at least until the hotel staff will be replaced by welcoming and polite staff, trained to provide adequate customer service.

+	The location is perfect! in a walking distance to the center. Breakfast is reach. They helped us with the booking of the Duna boat trip.
-	Staff wasn't that friendly everytime.

+	The hotel was in a good location and the staff were really friendly.
-	The first room we stayed in was incredibly hot, and on the first floor, so it was really loud. When we moved, the new room was much quieter, but still really hot. We had to sleep with the window open. Then on the last day, we were told we had drunk a beer from the mini-bar, when in fact we had bought some from the shop down the road, which was a bit annoying.

+	Centrally located on a quiet street. Easy access to the Deak metro station, points of interest, restaurants. There's even a decent grocery store on the nearest corner.

-	Noise at night outside the hotel, messy, messy buffet hall after resentful staff during breakfast, guests allowed to smoke all over the place, also on non=-smoking floors, broadband router cannot reach the top floor.

+	This was a good, clean, friendly hotel well located to suit our needs while in Budapest. It has been recently renovated and is in great condition - we did note on our comment card that a regular, thorough inspection (over and above general housekeeping standards) is required to maintain the condition.

-	The bottom sheet on one of the beds was too small to cover the mattress. The CH radiator in the bedroom could not be turned off (so it was hot and stuffy in the room), while the heated towel rail in the bathroom could not be turned on.

-	Torn towels and pillow cases. Generally run down. Window looked into an air shaft. Service was poor. Neighborhood was okay but shabby.
