+	The staff and service was excellent, especially Eva, who was wonderful
-	Very small room to begin with, but when we asked for a larger room, we received one without any problems. Also, had to ask for soap (they only give you one little bar & do not replace it unless you ask).

+	Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location near shops, restaurants and one of the main metro stations.
-	The bathroom floor got filled with water after every shower because there was a opening between the wall and the door in the shower. Not a huge problem though as it got cleaned every day.

+	I arrived early in the morning (4am) and I were able to enter the room immediately. Staff were very kind. Room and bathroom were very clean, furniture basic but new.

+	Restaurant and service in restaurant is nice, food too.
-	Air-condition wasn't functioning properly for 3 days and weather was very sunny. I had a feeling that hotel stuff didn't care much that our air-condition is not working on 6th floor.

+	My wife and I travel a lot within the EU. We choose 3 or 4 star hotels. I give you 10 out of 10 marks for Ambra. However, your charge for parking is a little spicy!
