Best Western Plus Hotel Ambra

+ The hotel was in a good location and the staff were really friendly. - The first room we stayed in was incredibly hot, and on the first floor, so it was really loud. When we moved, the new room was much quieter, but still really hot. We had to sleep with the window open. Then on the last day, we were told we had drunk a beer from the mini-bar, when in fact we had bought some from the shop down the road, which was a bit annoying. This is a good hotel with helpful staff in an ideal location for making the most of Budapest. However, during our stay, we found our room on the first floor very hot and noisy. A higher floor is recommended, but it will still probably be too hot!
