Ideally located inside the Andrassy Hotel the new Baraka Restaurant and Lounge Restaurant offers a truly unique culinary experience. With the help of interior designer Gaal Eszter the owners of the place have managed to keep it simple but elegant, while going with an Art Deco style, inspired by the Bauhaus architecture of the historical building. Combined with the terrace garden which wraps sweepingly around the facade, the restaurant offers the perfect setting to serve an inspiring cuisine, which is rich in fresh flavours and ingredients. The "Artist of gastronomy" chef Shani Prusman, influenced by cultures from many different corners of the world, has managed to mix the art and culinary worlds to create colourful dishes, concentrating on every small detail to give each dish its own identity. Poached wild duck wrapped in bok choy, served with shiitake mushrooms and mangold, orange dusted shrimp, seafood tasting of calamari, butternut squash purée with Tokaj sauce - justa few examples of the well rounded cuisine she has created to fit perfectly with the ambiance of the interior and garden. Rastaurant Baraka is a real culinary adventure, which gives true satisfaction to the lovers of gastronomy.
