+	Excellent location. Everything else also in a very high quality.
-	From my previous experience I didn't go to restaurant. The price then was too high for the quality.

-	At the beginning, I requested an iron, however, I was denied. The Concierge was not at his post when I checked out. He was talking with the cooking Chef. In addition, he not respond the phone when I called from the room. The carpet at the room was dirty.

-	No separate shower. It is very difficult to stand in a tub and take a shower without falling.

+	Price was good for the service and quality provided. Breakfast was good but this is reflected by the price.
-	Location is on the juntion of a busy road - not a problem if the windows are kept closed but too noisy to open them

+	The central location, excellent pre-paid deal, friendly helpful staff & impressive, welcoming foyer.
-	No car-parking at the Hotel itself but the staff were very helpful at re-directing us to a nearby car park.
