- No breakfast incl. To louad because of the construction below the window. Dirty: nobody clean under the bed during a least 1 year. In corner of the bath is mould. The concierges couldnot answer on simply questions and not very helpfull.

- Only the breakfast. We came every day about 9 0´clock and there was no more eggs and bacon. And there was no understanding at the staff, that something was missing. The breakfast was not worth the money.

+ We asked for a triple room and got given two separate rooms with 2 bathrooms. It was great, like a small apartment and for a very reasonable price.
- Only the duvet covers, they were a bit thin and so I had to use the one from the spare bed as well in order not to be cold at night.

- We paid for a air conditioned room and the air was not turned on NOR would they turn it on. We stayed 2 nights and the air was not on either day. They would NOT reduce our room rate to a non-air conditioned rate.

- We paid for an upgraded room with air conditioning, which was NOT working. Upon reporting this to management, they were non-responsive and unwilling to adjust the price of our room, nor did they try an correct the problem, or offer us a room with working air conditioning. I would NOT recommend this hotel nor would I stay there again.

- Madrasses were a bit to hard for me to be able to sleep good. I was disturbed by the noise from the street. Noise isolation was hence terrible and I expected more concerning the star rating of the hotel.

+ Great central location, accessible by foot and public transportation to everything. Food in restaurant was very good and room service very quick.
- 1. Room was VERY small, although well-kept. 2. Front desk staff was very unhelpful in response to info about renting a car. 3. Although restaurant was advertised to be open till 11, we were given the bum's rush when we arrived at 10:15, being told that the kitchen and bar were both closing at 10:30. A clearer explanation of the actual closing hour is necessary.
