+ Excellent, wonderfully service-oriented and skilled reception and lobby staff!
- Cleaning: the ashtray that we kept on the balcony was not always cleaned.

Practical location, incredibly beautiful interior. Every question about or problem with airline/transport /luggage/entertainment/other services was handled by the reception very professionally, rapidly, and with lovely courtesy and friendliness. We two ladies were treated like princesses from the first moment. To this hotel I want to return any time and will recommend it to all my friends and colleagues internationally.
