+	The room was very nice and the location near the train station was very convenient for this short trip. The breakfast buffet was also excellent.

+	Location is ok, near the Keleti Pu. (Railway station) also the stop of Tramway is about 50 m from hotel so you can reach Center quick.

+	the room it was o.k.
-	it is mixing an outlet for electricity. There was just two (one for TV and the other for the refrigerator)...If you intend to do some work on notebook you need to put out TV or refrigerator.

+	Very good female staff member on reception, night guy was OK too, fair location, room comfortable but sparse-would try somewhere else next time.
-	Most staff need to smile more and be more outgoing.Ate at Hussar restaurant after recommendation from Sunday reception clerkl-terrible food & service. Found Cafe Baa much better.

+	Cleanliness & the services in the rooms. TV was good as was the bathroom and general room size.
-	I thought the breakfast times could have been extended to cover late risers. After all, groups of travellers usually had a late night the evening before.

+	The staff at the reception was very helpful.
-	They forgot to clean our room one day. They saved on the toiletpaper, so we had to ask for more. Missing some extra pillows. Coffe and orangejuice (for breakfast) could be better. Missing glasses.

+	The staff in the reception were very helpful, made reservations at restaurants for us and drove us to the airport when we were leaving (same price as a taxi).
-	We had to ask for toilette paper. They didn't clean the room, but they changed the towels almost everyday - even though they had a sign saying something like: "think about the environment, if you hang your towel here it means you don't want us to change it."

+	The location, because it was very close to the center of Budapest, which is Kossuth Lajos Square. And also the breakfast, there was a great variety of food.It was also quiet.
-	The neighborhood is not very nice, it's one of the poor quarters of Budapest, even if it is close to the center. But we didn't have any problems at all. And besides, we were gone sightseeing all day long.

+	The rooms are very spacy and we enjoyed breakfast with its enormous variety of different kinds of food and drinks.
-	The way to the centre was longer than we thought from the advertisement. The good thing was that there was a tram line almost in front of the hotel. The area looked a bit special and we didn't like going home on our own as women, especially at night.

-	Quite a lot of noise comes up from the breakfast area in the morning, and this can disturb those not intent on rising at 7am.

-	location of hotel was in seedy area. Didn't feel safe. Bathroom smelled like mould.

-	the last room were without an "outdoor" window. That meant no fresh air!
