+	I like the breakfast the most. Lots of choices :-). The location was not that far from Metro. Budapest is awesome.!
-	the room where we stayed looks too old, though the price matched what we got :-)

+	The comfort, the equipment in the room and the staff in the reception.
-	Breakfast: little choice; at 9.00 many things ran out (salami, bread, warm dishes, juice)

+	The staff on reception were very good and helpful - and very tolerant of my appaling Hungarian
-	It is certainly not the best area in Budapest. Tramps and alocoholics abounded. Also (though this is not the hotel's fault) I was unfortunate enough to have a room just by two or more other guests who on both nights of my stay woke me up at two in the morning with banging doors and loud conversations.

-	The hair dryer was missing from the room (was not included?). The carpets were dirty.

+	The room was very nice and the location near the train station was very convenient for this short trip. The breakfast buffet was also excellent.
-	There was nothing with which I was dissatisfied.

+	The location, because it was very close to the center of Budapest, which is Kossuth Lajos Square. And also the breakfast, there was a great variety of food.It was also quiet.
-	The neighborhood is not very nice, it's one of the poor quarters of Budapest, even if it is close to the center. But we didn't have any problems at all. And besides, we were gone sightseeing all day long.

+	The rooms are very spacy and we enjoyed breakfast with its enormous variety of different kinds of food and drinks.
-	The way to the centre was longer than we thought from the advertisement. The good thing was that there was a tram line almost in front of the hotel. The area looked a bit special and we didn't like going home on our own as women, especially at night.

+	Location is ok, near the Keleti Pu. (Railway station) also the stop of Tramway is about 50 m from hotel so you can reach Center quick.
-	Room was not clean & was NOT cleaned while staying !!
