+	+ Close enough to the Keleti station - but although, if you don't know exactly the way to the hotel and you must take a cab, pay attnetion not to be a private one...:) they will take you 3 times more than normal...especially if they see you speak English, so you're a tourist. The next day, when you can walk to the station you'll see you could go there by foot
-	- friendly personnel but when I arriverd there I met a receptionist who could not speak English at all or any other foreign language than Hungarian. I hope that was an exception

-	2 pm for check in, not a good idea in my trip if needed to rest and shower right away. Well that is just not possible. I had to wait and come back later after being tired on the trip. The room a little empty though.

+	The staff on reception were very good and helpful - and very tolerant of my appaling Hungarian
-	It is certainly not the best area in Budapest. Tramps and alocoholics abounded. Also (though this is not the hotel's fault) I was unfortunate enough to have a room just by two or more other guests who on both nights of my stay woke me up at two in the morning with banging doors and loud conversations.

+	The location, because it was very close to the center of Budapest, which is Kossuth Lajos Square. And also the breakfast, there was a great variety of food.It was also quiet.
-	The neighborhood is not very nice, it's one of the poor quarters of Budapest, even if it is close to the center. But we didn't have any problems at all. And besides, we were gone sightseeing all day long.

+	The rooms are very spacy and we enjoyed breakfast with its enormous variety of different kinds of food and drinks.
-	The way to the centre was longer than we thought from the advertisement. The good thing was that there was a tram line almost in front of the hotel. The area looked a bit special and we didn't like going home on our own as women, especially at night.
