+	Very good female staff member on reception, night guy was OK too, fair location, room comfortable but sparse-would try somewhere else next time.
-	Most staff need to smile more and be more outgoing.Ate at Hussar restaurant after recommendation from Sunday reception clerkl-terrible food & service. Found Cafe Baa much better.

One excellent female staff member (day duty Mon Tues), very helpful. Room not cleaned one day and slow to respond to request for towells. Internet says short walk to Hero Sq, very inaccurate.
