+	The staff at the reception was very helpful.
-	They forgot to clean our room one day. They saved on the toiletpaper, so we had to ask for more. Missing some extra pillows. Coffe and orangejuice (for breakfast) could be better. Missing glasses.

I want to credit Budapest Hotel Start for your homesite. It is easy to book and everything works fine, including transferbooking. I have done it twice now and will do it again next time I will visit Budapest.
